Method

Processing time for orders is 3 - 4 business days. We do not ship outside of the U.S. 

Delivery Claim

Lavish Allure does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your package, contact your local carrier. 

Out of Stock Items

If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will notify you of the out of stock item, process and ship your other items while issuing a refund for the item(s) not in stock. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

IMPORTANT: Lavish Allure does not provide returns or exchanges. Please make sure to read product details/description before purchasing any items. 

Any items listed under Final Sale, cannot be returned or exchanged.  

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been processed, you should receive an email notification with your shipping information.  If you do not receive an email notification, contact us immediately.
